After you finished game your matches are pending for a while. Sometimes its really slow.

Ive made two cash out. First one took a long time because of documents and small mistake with PayPal email, but second was almost immediate. Thats cool.

This app has really good support on Skype.

P.S. Matches History is loading for REALLY long time. Sometimes its not working at all.
